BHM Healthcare Solutions announced today that it has been awarded Core Accreditation and PCHCH Auditor Certification form URAC, a Washington, DC-based health care accrediting organization that establishes quality standards for the health care industry. The URAC PCHCH Auditor Certification program includes a comprehensive evaluation of the health management organization utilizing URAC Core Module Standards.

The URAC PCHCH Auditor Certification program includes a comprehensive evaluation of the health management organization utilizing URAC Core Module Standards.
The organization evaluates the health management organizations operations, processes, systems and training to assure that the organization meets specified standards to perform URAC PCHCH practice audits. URAC provides certified auditor with access to tools that permit review of audited practice data, verifying that the practice successfully meets a baseline percentage of select URAC PCHCH essential standards, and any additional URAC PCHCH standards that may be required by a payor as a component of a quality pay for performance program. Certified auditors are licensed professional health care professionals who have received dedicated training in auditing of practices relative to URAC’s PCHCH Practice Standards.
